- 1 / 5By James PotterWent there tonight to get something simple. Chx taco salad (x2) one without onions and guac. Word of advise, PICO HAS ONIONS IN IT. Wife is extreme allergic to them. Wife called to complain and they hung up on her. Plus asked for 2 sodas med, one was a large one a med. Asked for no ice in both, ice in both. Plus the lady was on her phone when I drove up, was very short and cut me off. So never go back to them.April 13, 2017
- 2 / 5By graycNormally not too bad but this last time I went to the drive thru the woman could not understand a word I said. Spoke clearly a ton of times and began to get frustrated when she just started guessing things far off from what I wanted. She finally got what the name of the burrito I wanted, cut me off and told me the total before I could specify anything else. Confused as to why they put someone who could hardly understand english on order taking. Other times the people in drive come off as rude. Food is either dripping with grease or mediocre. It's always a 50/50 you never know. Not the best place to be getting your food.August 12, 2016
